Red Rabbit Report post Posted December 31, 2021 The last hunt for antelope was back in 2010 up in Wyoming when I drew a permit in unit 64. I have been putting in for points since and now have 11, so figure it is time to cash in the chips. I have been looking at draw odds, access, % public land, trophy quality, yada yada, and have not made a decision yet. Will see what the rest of the winter in Wyoming brings- hopefully mild. (I have 15 points for antelope in AZ, but all know that won't get you a cup of coffee). Photo is of the 2010 Wyoming antelope. The blaze cap was swapped out for photo purposes. Anyone else chomping at the bit for an antelope permit? 9
5guyshunting Report post Posted December 31, 2021 I have 21 points for Az. I'll probably need to wait 10 more years for a rifle tag.

Flatlander Report post Posted December 31, 2021 That’s a beautiful buck, the prongs are unreal and the coat is pristine. You definitely have something to look forward to this year. I hope we can get lucky and snag an AZ tag this year, but if not, Wyoming is a possibility.

jdown Report post Posted December 31, 2021 My son has had 3 Az tags (1 rifle and 2 archery in 4 years - the butt) since my last in 2003. At least got the bug out a bit with him but I’m ready. I think we have 4 or 5 Wy points now. Waiting for the year none of us have elks tags and then time to cash them in. An Az tag is just a dream with my 20 points. Better off with 2 I think….

idgaf Report post Posted January 1, 2022 I haven't had an antelope tag since 17. I think I've had 5 total. All archery. I have two bucks comparable to this one scouted out.

Jeffdavison Report post Posted January 1, 2022 I have 6 points for Wyoming. I should be able to draw my favorite unit. I drew Arizona in 2010 with 17 points. Then again in 2016 and 2019. All rifle. Feeling lucky again.
