.270 Report post Posted September 30, 2008 i've been around a lotta lions. very few make it to 200 lbs. biggest one i ever saw weighed was 210. most of the ones you see that folks claim are 200 pounders are probably more like 150. when a 200 pound man is holding a lion up in a bear hug and he's bigger than the lion, it ain't a 200 pounder. jag's don't even get to 500 lbs. i agree with the 400 pounds of BS.
