I don't see this as punitive, after all the lease holder has exclusive use and control of an inaccessible parcel. More taxes...thats the answer

But corner crossing laws vary state by state. I was wondering if anyone has experience specific to AZ.

I was wondering if anyone has experience specific to AZ. I understand that. Why this case is interesting is if it gets to the Supreme Court which is unlikely but a possibility it would have ramifications for all states. If I could find it I read an article a few years back about corner crossing in Arizona. I think it was considered trespassing. What was argued is you have to pass over private. I think it’s stupid
CatfishKev Report post Posted December 17, 2021 Corner laws are effin bs. If you can climb the fence without touching private ot should be a no brainer. Ive too wondered how the law reads in az. But if its not posted as its supposed to be that automatically should be a pass imo.
