Anyone who supports this bailout would not get my vote.

The bailout of multi-millionairs who got rich off our debt, should have been a jailout instead. Get out of your 35th story, downtown Manhatten, corner office and get into JAIL. Oh, and meet your new secretary.....her name is BUBBA.

I am not happy about the bailout, especially since I heard on the news this morning that all those folks that just got bailed out are having a "convention" to the tune of $400,000 to discuss what to do next.......not happy at all with the bailout......

So, let's hand over the reins to Obama or McCain, the very same people that got us into this mess. This is the 2nd time for McLame. Remember Keating, the Savings and Loan bailout, etc?

Do you know who has given the most money to both McCain and Obama? You guessed it, WaLl Street. They have bought both candidates, so who ever wins, we can expect them to start returning favors...AGAIN.

pelosi is talking about another stimulus package, she is saying after the election they will convene to vote on it. She is hoping for a democrat president and more liberal democrats in congress to push it through, and it sure doesn't look like it is for the average American taxpayer, looks like more ways to sugarcoat socialism.

Pelosi said a stimulus package would create jobs by investing in public works, increasing food stamps benefits and extending unemployment insurance for the long-term jobless. She said lawmakers need to "hunker down" and look closely at the federal budget for possible savings, and reconsider whether the U.S. can afford to fight "a war without end" in Iraq.

DB can you tell me a politician who isn't a liar, I think that is a prerequisite for the job, most start off with great ideals and principles and then find out that if they just say what the people want to hear it is a lot easier for them, and in their minds thye know what we want even if we are telling them something else. When they are caught in lies they just say they were taken out of context, or just tell another lie to cover the previous lies. It becomes easy for them because all the people around them keep telling them how smart they are and most believe everything they are told and allow that ego to grow.

Keith i believe there is honest politicians. They just don't get elected. Why is that? Most people can't handle the truth. The two party system is the problem. Why should we be limited to only two choices. We need more parties and more choice. By the way, Ron Paul already got my write in vote.

I am just going to go turn on CNN atleast I can throw a ball at it when I think it is the most ignorant thing beeing said. I have grown to know that they are always going to be the way they are, But when i see outdoorsman and people that can have the very life they love to live changed dramaticly in the wrong direction For the sport and things they are suposed to love. Like Guns and Hunting and the use of the great outdoors. Just wait and see what a four to eight year stint With Obama and a Democratic congress will get us.

What has John McCain ever done in DC to protect your gun rights? Vote for the Brady Bill, try to shut down gun shows? Side with Ted Kennedy on multiple issues. Undermine GWB's attempt to nominate conservative judges? Pfffft!

This election is equal to having to decide between getting kicked in the crotch or punched in the head.

Your analogy is appropriate. Getting kicked in the head will just give you a "knowledge bump". While it goes away quickly, it helps remind you not to do that again. It also doesn't leave any lasting, hard to overcome harm. While you think this election is a sham, think ahead and vote for the one who will do the least amount of damage before 2012.
