Surprise has changed a lot, we used to walk down the street with our pellet and bb guns to the open fields to shoot, and where all the new homes are at in the northern side of Surprise was where we hunted dove. It looks like some pissed off neighbor called the cops enough and went to some council meetings to get the change, some of the residents need to show up at a council meeting and express their views.
