I love the modularity options and will probably get a daypack if the 4000 works well for me. Cant wait to try it out. To answer your question I have used the Badlands Diablo as a daypack for years and it has never let me down. Heat Report post Posted October 30, 2021 Get something that you can tolerate carrying a quarter or at least some backstraps or something back to camp. Otherwise pocket layout seems to be what a lot of people prioritize. This is one of those deals IMO that once you get serious might as well buy once, cry once like optics.
