PRDATR Report post Posted October 14, 2021 Talk to Tom Wagner. He knows a guy who has done some events for him and has a large smoker. His name is Mike Pennington. Now it might be a stretch for him to do a full ten days but he could probably do some of it and having another person with a different menu would be worth looking into to. I'll mention it to Mike.
