Perfect family floor plan with master bedroom up front and separate bunk bedroom in back with 3 beds and entertainment center. Large slide in the back bedroom creates a large private space. Super slide in living area complete with U shaped dinette and couch. TV and DVD player included. Easily sleeps 8 with dinette and jack knife couch turning into beds in the living room. Exterior has an outdoor kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge. A huge electric awning for shade and outdoor speakers. 2 years left on transferable extended warranty. All specs are listed in the pictures as well as NADA guide info. All appliances and electronics work great. Cosmetically the clear coat over the plastic on the front is peeling, small dent from a bike rack in back.
