Thanks all! I had a great trip to OR for a family reunion. Found out I have a 3rd cousin that farms next to a wildlife preserve that for the first time issued land owner tags for a population reduction hunt - the elk are destroying their crops - unfortunately they won't have another one for several years. Anyway, they "GAVE IT" if you can believe it to one of their kids teachers and he killed a 403" Rosevelt Elk this summer. I asked to be first on that list next time a tag come up.
