eddielasvegas Report post Posted July 21, 2021 Man, this looks so durn good and so awesomely Arizona. I can barely boil water, but my wife has skills in the kitchen. Is there anything else needed prep wise? Lastly, and speaking of Emeril, this is hanging in our kitchen. My daughter did this for him aboutt 12-13 years ago when he was in town for a cooking demo and book signing. Eddie
trphyhntr Report post Posted July 21, 2021 I strain the the juice after I squeeze it out of the fruits with cheap paper towels, 3 times until there’s no pulp. Other than that no. 1. Pick the tunas 2. I spray it in the driveway with a hose and they roll around and help the glochids fall off 3. boil them for a while 4. Squish them them in a strainer 5. Finer straining 6. 1:1 juice to sugar boil it down 7. Optional add a squeeze of lemon 7. add to tequila or vanilla ice cream
