I have been scouting the 7-up Ranch area with not much to show. I'm wondering if any of you archery deer hunters have seen any elk in the area, Unit 18? I have an idea where I want to go, but any info would sure help as the herd is pretty scarce. i got a archery cow near the 7up last year... what days will you be up there for the hunt? my buddy has a tag and i will be up there for his hunt for a few days... i hunted archery deer there over the weekend and didnt see any elk but lots of sign. shoot me a pm and i will help you out.
