Crazymonkey Report post Posted July 8, 2021 First turkey hunt in 6a went to the draw my buddy shot his elk during the muzzy hunt and had just shut off the sxs and hit the call and got a gobble.went down the draw and set up a decoy and hit the call and the bird sounds like its on its way.called again and sounds like he's moving away so picked up the decoy and hit call one more time and in comes a bear .boy that's a wake up for sure I had him at 20 yds and he didn't care about noise or anything .so slowly backed out .what a thrill a turkey gobble and a bear on your first try.I didn't shoot a bird but I'm hooked for sure Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
