zslayer Report post Posted July 8, 2021 I just listened to a new jay scott podcast and the same question came up about AZGFD paying utubers to promote OTC tags in AZ and jay said he had personally talked to several of them and asked them straight out if they were paid by AZGFD and the answer was yes. Too many popular guys online drawing once in a lifetime tags several times over a short period.
