CatfishKev Report post Posted July 5, 2021 Pork wasnt quite ready for the first pic, I was worried I dried it out too much by smoking it overnight but when I put it back in there I wrapped tight in paper and added some apple cider vinegar and water then let it rest in a cooler for an hour.
