JHAM357 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 saw a bachlor herd last few weeks ago and one of em threw out a lil bugle. went out laast monday and heard bugles from 4:45am to about 9am. nothing big, mostly locator bugles but did think iheard some banging heads in the next canyon over. ran over to see it but it was short lived. i think its mostly the young one screamin right now. nother couple weeks it will be on like donkey kong! Sounded like world war III broke out in the woods! But, the bulls arent chasing cows just yet. I think it is still too hot except maybe up real high. BASS Report post Posted August 29, 2008 We heard them yesterday morning up in 6A. We also jumped a herd of cows and a couple bulls that numbered around fifty or so.
