wildwoody Report post Posted June 14, 2021 Edge I totally respect you and what your saying, but this day and age I like just seeing them hanging, but all you here anymore is what is right and wrong, I'm for whats in the heart and the respect for the flag and the Men who fought for it.. Not all of us were in the military or the boyscouts, ,it was fun, anyway I much rather see an honest mistake or lack of knowledge , then to see it burned or in a toilet. We have to stick together. Years ago my son pointed out that the flag patches on our karate associations uniforms worn on the right shoulder were facing the wrong direction. Good observation...and technically okay to be worn either way except on a military uniform. when I was playing little league it was our turn to raise the flag one night before the game. One of the coaches came sprinting across the field as the star spangled banner played...we’d raised the flag upside down. I’ve never made that mistake again.
