cohntr6 Report post Posted June 25, 2022 Thanks for the info Cody. When I lived in Fort Collins it seemed like bucks were getting rutty in mid November. My ex wife killed jumbo buck just outside of town on 3rd rifle that I have 8 points and would prefer a 3rd or 4th rifle tag. Crazy how the point requirement jumps 2 or 3 fold for the later tags. We burned our points because they moved up the hunt dates and we were worried they would slaughter the older age class bucks and we would be stuck holding points. We have started building again.
