Has a large awning that is in good condition. 45 gallon water tank. 6 gallon water heater. It will come with 2 batteries and 2, 7 gallon propane tanks (both full). It is equipped with an electric Jack, so no cranking up and down, makes for quick and easy loading and unloading and also easy to level. The trailer is in good shape and 100% camping ready! I also have a Champion 2000 Watt generator and a heavy duty hitch with sway bars that can be sold separately. I inherited this trailer from my dad who passed away and I don’t know much about it, or trailers for that matter, but I’ll try and answer any questions you might have.
