Lee Comaduran Report post Posted August 15, 2008 I'm looking for a new powder scale, does anyone have any suggestions. I'm thinking about some of the digital scales what do you guys think?
coues7 Report post Posted August 15, 2008 Hands down the best digital is the RCBS Chargemaster 1500 combo. If you want just an electronic scale look at the VIC-123.

Lee Comaduran Report post Posted August 15, 2008 I just looked up both the scales on the net and it looks like If I'm going to spend the money the chargemaster combo is the best deal. Thanks.
Red Rabbit Report post Posted August 15, 2008 777, What scale are you using now? If you want to speed up the process with a balance beam or electronic scale, have you tried the Lee Powder Measure scoops and a trickler? The RCBS Chargemaster is a nice device. I use it or 5-10 scale. RR

Thanks for the help.
Red Rabbit Report post Posted August 15, 2008 The Lee powder measures definitely won't break the bank and will allow you to get close to the right amount of powder in the pan and trickle in the last few tenths of a grain. Sportsmans Warehouse has them also. http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/...&t=11082005 http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/...&t=11082005 RR
