Quite a while ago, sponsor Mark Healy of Healy Arms suggested to me that we make a section devoted to hunting fitness. This new subforum is designed to focus discussions on how to train for your hunt and nutrition. We also have forum members, like Steven Ward, who have recently become certified trainers who are eager to share some excellent knowledge about targeted exercise and nutrition. It's my hope that content in this subforum will help motivate and teach people how to train for their hunts so they can get the most out of their time in the outdoors.
