    target shooting in the desert

I have not been out in the desert pistol Target shooting for thirty years. Lots of places close to town then with no people. Got the wife a new 22 Semi and don't want to mess with Ben Avery. We are in the northwst valley and was wondering if you can shoot in the desert north of the 303 and south of 74. Don't know if there's alot of dirt bikes and off road in there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Sightron Siii 6-24x50 sold

I have a scope sitting here that hasn't been mounted in a while and may as well sell if someone is looking. These are great scopes, lots of reviews for them online and many people have switched to them from much pricey scopes. Glass is clear and clean of scratches. Tube has a slight ring mark which will likely be covered up when mounted anyways. $675 Text or call and leave a message 602-677-3791 Todd

  11. I have two discount range passes for the Southeast Regional Park Shooting Range in Southeastern Tucson, AZ. I purchased them for myself and few friends and they backed out so I have two for sale. Typically a daily fee is $8. I am selling the passes for $50 each (what I paid) so it saves you $30 over the 10 visits to the range. It is good one year from tomorrow. As you can see it is blank except for the date.
  12. THE OUTDOORSMANS

    Outdoorsmans Chassis System

Every year something new is released in the hunting world that claims to revolutionize the way you will hunt forever. Normally these items are made for late night T.V. infomercials and will more than likely never help you fill your freezer. Although, there is a trend that is becoming popular in the tactical shooting world, which can and will give you an edge this season. Ever since hunters first went afield with muskets to hunt for that evening’s meal, their rifles were hampered by wooden stocks. Wood stocks are classic and clean in appearance but their draw backs make them a less than efficient means to an end. Wood swells and shrinks with temperature and moisture changes and is susceptible to damage from drops or mistreatment. To remedy this, hunters started to build stocks out of synthetic materials, like plastics, carbon fiber, or fiberglass. While these stocks are a great option they also have their limitations and are usually stiffened up by aluminum bedding blocks for accuracy. Tactical shooters in the last few years have come to the realization that by doing away with inferior materials they could build a rifle chassis completely out of aluminum for a much more repeatable and accurate rifle system. The drawback to these rifle chassis has always been their weight and bulk. Aluminum rifle chassis have not been built to throw in a pack and carry into the field, they have been made to carry to the range and impress your fellow shooters still shooting their stock Remington 700. That is anyway, until now. The new Outdoorsmans rifle chassis was designed by hunters for hunters and features the lightest aluminum hunting stock made today. This modular system allows you to customize your own rifle to fit your hunting style. The chassis are built for the Remington 700 style action and no fitting is required, you just bolt your existing action right into the chassis, choose what kind of AR style butt stock and grip you want and you are ready to go. The Outdoorsmans chassis was designed with a blind magazine to save weight and minimize moving parts that could fail in the field during that shot of a lifetime. It was also designed with an optional plate that allows you to mount it into an Outdoorsmans Pan Head on your tripod for a rock steady shot when the opportunity presents itself. With hunters designing this chassis system everything was thought of to make this the best rifle system for the modern hunter. So this season if you are looking for the most revolutionary product, that will give you an edge in the field and bring your rifle into the modern age, check out the Outdoorsmans rifle chassis and build your custom rifle system today! Fun long range bull hunt (Video)

Well we finished the hunt a week ago this morning and it was just a super fun hunt! The bull we got was just the icing on the cake. We saw bulls just about every time we went out and many times they were being pushed because of so many tags given out for that hunt, but whatever. As we were nearing the end of my extra help on the hunt I decided to take the bull that I got since I knew that after that day I would have to do all of the packing myself. Here is just a fun no so serious video of when it all went down.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEdL1leglGg Hope you Enjoy!

    .300 wsm brass

I have recently aquired a .300 wsm and trying to find brass is a nightmare. If anyone has some brass they would be willing to part with I would be happy to purchase it. Thanks.
  18. I have three sets of dies that I would like to trade or would be willing to sell. I have a full 3 dies set of RCBS Carbide 45 acp & 9mm dies. I also have a set of 38 sppecial dies. Non carbide in the green box. I am looking for a trade for a set of 45lc (long colt) rcbs carbide dies as I have aquired a new firearm. Any other trades and offers welcomed. I didn't think picutres were necessary as they are just dies but if you want some let me know and I will either post them or email/txt them to you.
  19. I have for sale a bowtech allegiance as I have upgraded and no longer need this one. Draw legth is 28" or 28.5" with the loop. Draw weight is 70lbs. Bow is in great shape. Include a spot hog 7 pin sight with new fibres, a new whisker biscuit, and the original 2 piece removable quiver. String is only about a year old. New monkey tails, waxed two weeks ago, and the bow has been recently paper tuned and is ready to shoot right now. I am asking $400 and will ship in original box. Buyer responsible for shipping or we can work something out. Please PM with any questions you may have. I don't really want to split the site and the bow, I would prefer to sell as a package. Open to trades if you have something that interests me.
  20. I had been using the high end binocular adapters just because. But after the rubber strap broke and I couldn't find a replacement I went to a small bungie cord. Well long story shortened I put together the binocular rest and added a section to attach a spotter, shooting rest, rangefinder, or wi-fi antenna, kidding about wi-fi. I have built a few with a satin powder coating that I am learning to use and was going to see the responses out here. I put some in a few of my friends hands to see how they like them and I will let you know if Richie Hogan approves. Name dropping here. I have 6 or 8 put together right now so lets see if you coues hunters like them. I am asking $65.00 each and I can be reached at rgifford5@cox.net for more information, thanks. Ray
