    I'm trying to plan a short backpacking trip with my boys and am thinking of heading down the Samaniego Ridge Trail up on Mt Lemmon. I'm curious if anyone here is familiar with that trail and knows if Shovel Spring and Walnut Spring are reliable water. Planning on hiking to Walnut Spring to spend the night and then back out the next day. Thanks in advance!

    Bought this pack a couple years back and never ended up using it. It has never been used at all and in perfect condition. Just a little dusty from being in the shed. I paid $350. Still can’t find any new ones cheaper than that. Time to let it go. $250 and we can split shipping or figure something out. I’m negotiable! Thanks!

    Have you heard about the Wyoming game and fish has released Australian sage Kangaroos, and continuing releasing them, they say there doing it for sight seeing and hopefully in the years to come "HUNTING " yes Hunting, your thoughts, this should be interesting

    I had a great time taking my kids out to Horton Creek for some exercise and further introduction to the wonderful out doors. Every time I go out with them, it reminds me that I should do it more often. We started out at the Horton Creek trailhead outside of Payson. I live in Gilbert, and it is exactly 2 hours, door to trailhead. Perfect for kids between 3 and 10. Level ground, water, beautiful views. Look closely at one of the pics, it is wet on one side, and dry on the other. That is because the stream disappears into the ground. You could actually hear a draining sound- it was cool, and the kids loved it. I also ran into the biggest wasp I have ever seen. Oh, and caught a little stock rainbow in the process (we threw it back). It was a great day.
