So I've had this deer on one of my parcels of land for at least the past 5 years(I have trail camera pictures dating back to 2019). I've never seen her/him during the day as 99% of the pictures I have are right around midnight. I did, however, have her come through last night right after 5:00 pm so I know she's still alive. I found one of it's sheds that I'm assuming is 2-3 years old. I'm curious what you guys think it is? True Hermaphrodite or pseudohermaphrodite?

Hi everyone. I am scouting a new area this year to hunt. The landscape is much different than I am used to and was hoping to gather some info on Coues doe behavior as I saw a few single does. I have a January hunt and am hoping that if I can figure out the does that the bucks will be with them during January. If you see a coues doe does that mean that there are more in the area(are they in groups typically or can you find them isolated by themselves for long durations)?

A few years ago I set a goal of getting a great pic of an above average coues. I knew it would be difficult but I told myself to keep trying and don't give up on what seemed almost impossible. I hiked and drove many miles trying different locations over and over with poor results or not quite big enough bucks. Well I had a couple of days off this week and finally got lucky with a great coues buck, he is a 5x5 with a small kicker off of his right side. I didn't expect to find a buck like this but was very excited when I found him and I knew I had accomplished my goal. Here are a few pics of him and some other deer I found on the trip!

I thought I would share pics of this unusual looking doe I found today. Its not like she was laying her ears back that is just how they were. Has anyone seen a deer like this before?

Around five years ago I would hike in a spot and run into a doe that would just let me get super close like 20 feet away before she would move off. She would never run or got to far just move off a little ways. Its not like I snuck in on her or she was bedded, she would be up feeding and I would slowly walk right up to her In the wild. She would even pee right in front of me after seeing me walk up which I thought was very strange. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this in the wild?

My son got drawn for his first big game hunt for 12A W in early Nov. - doe tag. I've hunted turkey up there in early Fall and I've seen plenty of deer up on the plateau that time of year. When do the deer start to move? Is it all dependent on the snow? If there is heavy snow what is best access to the area? Thanks
