The last two days of scouting with my son have produced some great memories. We spotted some new animals and developed some good techniques my son can use on all future trips. He is getting better at glassing, he actually is finding his own animals. Today he spotted several Mule Deer. Here are some pics of the "first time" finds. This was dry two weeks ago, it is now about four feet deep now. We also found a lion kill that was only a few days old. Here is one of the tracks in the mud next to my boot. No claws and four front pads with ine main pad.
