I spent the weekend down in the 36's helping at the SCI youth deer camp. What a great event this is! They provide food and advice and guides if they have them available.
I had the pleasure of helping my friend Bonnie's daughter Annie and her friend Makayla in their quest to get a deer or a javelina (or both!). Unfortunately Annie didn't get a javelina or deer, but Makayla got both and several other kids scored as well.
Many thanks to SCI for hosting the event and working hard to make sure everyone had a great time. The food was excellent and everyone was very helpful.
here are a few pics I took.....if you attended the event as well, please feel free to post more pics!
Many thanks to Gabe and Adam who helped Makayla and Annie!
There were many other forum members there in camp helping or there with their kids hunting and it was great seeing you all!
