Hello! I'm selling my Thompson Center Pro Hunter in-line muzzle loader in 50 cal. This has been the best black powder rifle I've owned. easy 200yard Bp with the built in "flex-Tech" stock that REALLY reduces the recoil. This rifle has a professionally mounted Leupold VX-R 4-12x50 Scope on it. The in-line breach makes loading and cleaning a breeze. this rifle will come with a hard case, all the tools you will need for it, pre-loaded Black powder "chargers", and any and all extra black powder i can find for it. I would prefer to sell this here (can't ship Black Powder) and I understand i am new to the forums But i do have an A+ rating on Gunbroker. I am also a local business owner with my info out on the internet, so if you want to find me, you can XD. I would like $1000 for the entire set up. I think that is fair, maybe even a little low. I will also throw in a leupold rangefinder for free, but it has a settings issue i cant figure out 😕. Proceeds go to jumpstarting my firewood biz for the season! I am in Flagstaff but would be will to meet halfway anywhere in the State. Please feel free to call or text me 928-380-8936 or contact through the site. Thank you for your time. Ditat Deus!

Another from my Uncle's estate. It appears to have never been fired (almost all of his weapons have not been). I tried to get a pic of the bore and even as dusty as it is, it is shiny all the way down to and including the breech plug. No evidence of the lock or surrounding wood having been subjected to firing. It has a removable choke tube marked as improved, I don't have any others. Face to face sale only, won't send out of state. $280.00

One of the last guns retrieved from my late Uncle's collection. It is made by Pedersoli, looks like a Remington rolling block but is a .50 muzzleloader. Pull the hammer back, roll the "block" back and there is a breech plug/nipple there. Maybe I am a purist, but this is bizarre to me. I owned a functioning 50-70 antique Remington rolling block and I just don't get the point. Kinda like having a fiberglass sportscar kit that goes on a VW pan.

SOLD- Traditions "Pioneer" .45 cal cap lock pistol UNFIRED
Firewater Forge posted a topic in Classified Ads
This was in my late Uncle's collection still in the Styrofoam packing. It has never been fired (even though I really want to shoot it). It is in pristine condition with the exception of some years of dust on it from being stored in a closet. The kits for these cost $245 and you cannot get them from a vendor right now. So this is the opportunity to get one in great condition. Contact me here for more info and/or pictures. $280.00-

Based on the 1863 Remington. It was my father's gun so I know a lot about it's history. We bought these as kits back in the late 1970's. He put a great deal of care into his and it shows. Made by Italian gun manufacturer Antonio Zoli. It has been in storage for the last 15 years or so. We fired Minie balls and Lee R.E.A.L. bullets that were 400 to 550 grains of weight being propelled by 60gr of FFg black powder. When that bullet hit something, a lot of energy was transferred to that target. We had a lot of fun with these and really set me to shooting BP to this day. Contact me for more details. Cash only. $350.00

SOLD .36 1862 Colt Police Pocket Revolver replica UNFIRED
Firewater Forge posted a topic in Classified Ads
I got this some time ago and it has been sitting in storage since. Someone should buy it and have some fun with it. It is in great condition and has never been fired. It is smaller than the .36 navy at 11.5" overall with a 5.5" barrel. If you ever shot one of these, they naturally point in your hand very well and this one is no exception. One can see why gunfighters of the time preferred the Colt. Cash only please. $180.00-

My wife has a hang up with recoil and noise. I have tried numerous things with her centerfire but haven't had much luck getting by the severe flinching and jerking the trigger in anticipation of the shot. She has drawn an elk muzzy tag and now I need to start her on a muzzleloader. I was thinking of starting her on the lowest safe load of Pyrodex and working up to a heavier load over the next few months but haven't found much on the www about minimum safe load. Anyone have any suggestions? If I can't move her past this I think I need to talk to her about turning in the tag.

Posted this in the campfire because the other related forums don't get a lot of traffic. Here's the scoop. I have a Cabela's right hand Hawken flint-lock. A couple years back I was shooting it with a friend and we determined a shot had not fired. After multiple attempts to clear the barrel with C02, and other means to clear the charge, I drilled out the "frizzen hole" because it couldn't be removed any other way, only to find out there was no charge in the barrel. So I've got this barrel, in great shape but a bored out frizzen and no matching parts. Are there any good gunsmiths out there who work on black powder rifles and can fix this? The alternative is to replace the entire barrel. I've seen a couple on Ebay around $200 with shipping. This flint-lock has some history to it, and I'd like to get it back to shooting shape. Any ideas and suggestions are much appreciated.
