It's time again for the annual joint fundraising banquet with the state's two largest bowhunting organizations, the Arizona Bowhunters Association and the Bowhunting in Arizona record book program. Selling 200 tickets at $10 each or 3 for $25 We are trying to build up some funds to have a scholarship and start a youth hunt/camp in unit 8 We held our 2nd banquet in June of this year and did a decent job, however we felt we were missing out on a lot due to the date. So for 2016 we have moved up our banquet to Feb 20th, 2016 at the Bass Pro Shops in Mesa. We will be sending out reminder post cards in a couple of months, then a couple months after that the applications, so if you are interested you can PM me your address and we will put you on our mailing list. Hello everyone, I thought that I would post the schedule of the AES Banquet Committee meeting schedule. I know that a few of you have come to the meetings, THANKS! We could sure use a lot of new faces to help out, the more the merrier. I am not going to kid you, it is work but we have fun doing it. The rewards to Arizona's Elk and other wildlife are great. This also help's to fund our Youth Education/Hunts events as well.
