March 14th Peg, Ilene aka Lucky2Hunt, and I hit Apache because Rosy was nothing but mud and here are a few of our bass. Three were caught on deep dive plugs and all the rest were caught on split shotting nightcrawlers.
I fished Saguaro Friday the 22nd and landed 4 but I haven't taught my lab, Lexie, to use the camera yet. I witnessed two large females laying eggs while the males were doing their thing. I slowly backed out and gave them their space. The temp is just right on Saguaro and the spawn has been going on.
Ilene caught two just like this one.
Peg & Ilene with a few of their bass from Apache.
The next day on the 15th Peg and a couple of her fish from Apache.
Peg finally let me catch a couple of my own.
Peg then tops the day off with a 7lb her biggest ever.
Dad and I on Saguaro last Wednesday the 20th.
