Well I've been toying with this Idea for a while.... I only use one at a time and I have 3 pair of SLC's.... so I think I'm gunna combine two into one.... I'd take $1650.00 for the pair... these glasses are used and verywell trained to find game.... I still use them both all the time and love them. I'd consider optics trades... but I'm looking to buy 10x50's most likely.... Thanks.

I shoot a Weatherby Mark V with factory Weatherby ammo using 165 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip. That works for me. I have shot a 1-5/8" three shot group @ 300yards using this ammo. I also have custom bullet drop compensator turrets for my scope. That was money well spent. Gary I'd agree money well spent! Gary dialed the elevation and it was DEAD on... Congrats, Man!! It sure was a Pleasure! -

Well the only reason I hunted with Gary is because he shot the "Only" caliber.... 300 WBY Mag!!! I'll let him fill in his ammo and equipment info.... -
That's really too bad that some people took the lower road - I don't know you, but from the posts here of people that do, it sounds to me like you had this buck coming to you, and guys like you and your buddy make coues hunting what it is. I hope you'll take the nay-sayers with a grain of salt and just cherish the amazing experience you had - don't let anyone take that away from you. Heck, there are bucks walking around today that would make any one of us shudder - and the guy who takes a great buck is always going to have to deal with a few jeers from the jealous types. Congrats again, and thanks for giving us all an amazing story of friendship, hardship and ultimately triumph. Nicely done. +1!!! Way to go Jake! Very happy for you! Bucks like that is what keeps us in our glasses Prayin for a flash of antler or a patch of white. Don't drop your head or qualify the nay-sayers.... they will never know what it is like to have a hunt like yours.

No wonder you were able to get him, You had him tied up I was so Dam excited that I tied his feet together threw him over my shoulder like a doufle bag, and hauled him out the woods whole! Last time I did that! I didn't even have a camera with me had to go to my Dad's for pics.

Congrats. Good call on getting your huntin' out the way now... Your time might be short from August through Jan. 2011....

Coues 'n' Sheep replied to Coues 'n' Sheep's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
There is always a bigger one over the next rise .... 45 deer later... he was still the biggest we had seen. As I told Gary... "10 out 10 hunters would not pass a deer with that much character." -
