Coues 'n' Sheep

Okay...... I own an lot in Pine, AZ that is 1.21 acres and it is now for sale by owner. I would rather sell it as a land/home combo (works well for those that would want a second home), but will also sell just the land. It can be split one time. It has Great views of the Rim and is a very flat buildable lot. No HOA and plenty of room for the kids to ride the 4-wheelers and play. For all that love to hunt..... .... There are 7 different hunting units within a 45 minute drive of this home site and three of those are within 10 minutes!! The price will be going up in the next couple of months as I am going to have septic and water on the lot ASAP. I am giving all of you first crack at it. Hey GH why don't you get the Dish and you to could watch these channels. Best of the West ain't to bad and Big Horn outdoors is alright too. And those boys from double bull are kinda funny. I checked the paper work...... it said accurate to 1/2 yard....... not 1/2 the distance.... ..... Hmmm...... wonder if that still applies after it gets bounced off the rocks a few times. Hey Coues n sheep just switch to a PSE bow and you won't have to bounce your arrow off rocks or the ground to make that shot.Matter fact I got a old one laying around, probably a 1970's model(you can borrow it), I'm sure it's will still outperform a matthew's. Hey, thanks.... ...... I know you boys like them thar "Piece of $h*t Equipment" bows...... but I'll have to pass...... I'd rather shoot a crossbow! Of course they may be "ok" for chasin' Carp!! I think there is a guy in Prescott Valley or Dewey that works on binos..... I don't know if he only works on the glas part or if he can fix the housing too...... ...... That really sucks, man...... I am hurtin' for ya..... I'll try to get that guy's phone number........
