Hey, anyone on here ever hunted the late (Nov.) archery bull hunt for 22 South?? I know of some guys that drew that hunt accidentally (or on purpose ), and they could use some info as far as that time of year. I know that this is a tuff hunt, so I am sure they would appreciate any help. Thanks. CnS

Saw a nice buck while shed hunting

OH YEAH Thats right after all these years he still is screwing me Ok. If you can rope em I will take em off but there is going to be some horse trading involved here. Youre gonna need to show me a better spot for bulls for my daughters (and myself )hunts this year. Well better spots than I already know about. He is talking to me GH...... You see we have been on him for years to make his own good spots..... by beating the ground.... and that we would then help him. My ol' Buddy has great natural instincts, but never puts them to use..... this is his second year of trying to use them..... our tough love is working well for him as you can see from those pics.... .... And we all bust his accorns about not telling, cuz he is too nice... ... and he is a Flatlander now. Later, Bro. I'm still lovin' the pics.

Dude..... You really should have your head checked out.... .... Look around. Lots of items are bought and sold on this site.....and a lot of good times on here, too. You posted and no one responded.... that was polite. You reposted, like we missed it the first time.... .... Lark responded to your plea with a very polite, and educated responce.... I thought that you should understand that the reason you got no responce is that we All agree with what Lark said. No one wants your over priced gun..... I'm sorry. You can take that how you like..... If I was you, I would have thanked Lark and asked him if he had an opinion of what a good price for that gun would be. Then You would be better educated about the street value of the that rifle. And if you did not like that price you could keep the gun or try to sell it at a gun show. People on this site are very helpful if you just listen, instead of getting your panties in a bunch. And I am sorry that you got your nose chewed off by Casey, but that is what happens when some one steps out of line..... we were being constructive not "beating you down".... Casey stepped up and voiced his $.02.... that is called having someone's back..... people who have friends understand that. You just choose not to have any on here.... we are sorry that you are too good, for our poor mannered "Hillbilly" ways. Good luck with your Rifle. CnS

    Swarovski Has Great Customer Service

I too, had a Swaro Emergency last year..... Not sure how but during the October deer hunt, my binos were fine on opening morning..... did not hunt that night.... and second morning I could not see out of them... They were in my pack with my Swaro spotter the whole time. I called Swaro and explained they said send them in and I did.... I let them know that it was the middle of hunting season and I needed them ASAP.... I Overnighted them. $$! They got them and called me saying that it was going to cost me $180 to repair... .....They said that what broke in there could have only been caused by abuse! ..... I argued with the shop suppervisor and she told me that due to the GROSS ABUSE that people were put on the optics they were moving away from the "free repair" bussiness.... However, after talking with her at length and explaining my situation she agreed that my issue may hve been a "freak accident" and fixed it for free anyhow. Then she overnighted them back to me!!!! A total, of like, 5 days from time mailed I them till I got them back!! And as good as new.... they replaced one whole side or something..... Gotta love good Customer Service!!

Thanks, Casey. I learned a long time ago that that a salesman with a bad attitude starves himself to death, slowly..... therefore..... nuff said. What I really meant to say is, Ron, you want to much for your dagum rifle!!! ....Instead I thought that Lark said it in a much more reasonable tone and with purpose..... so I simply agreed...... how stupid of me. "Thick Skin"??..... .... maybe between the ears. JA......

I grew up in central AZ during some pretty lean times.... We hunted game for table fare when ever possible and trapped all winter long. I grew up thinking that the words, "trophy hunter", were bad.... I guess cuz we shot the very first one to walk in front of the barrel. I just could not grasp the idea of "passing up" the opportunity to put meat on the table. Until I met my wife.... god Bless her.... she changed my way of thinkin'! She was the Purdiest "trophy hunter" I had ever met.... and that ment to my little brain that maybe I was wrong all those years..... and a Fanatic was born. Anyhow,I know that somewhere there are a few pics of my childhood, outdoor activities..... We never carried cameras in the field and I was in my early twenties before I figured that idea out..... so 3 out 4 of these pics are either at the truck or at the house..... places where a camera is kept safe. Stupid I know... but that was how we thought.... The last pic is one of the first times I ever carried a camera in the field and of course I was all alone when I shot my one and only rifle coues deer.... thus just the deer and no me. My first bull elk. My first archery coues. Rifle Antelope...... camera wasw jacked up and all the pics were dbl exposed! And my ONE and ONLY rifle coues I've only had two rifle coues deer tags my whole life..... and one of them was wasted when I filled my archery tag in August..... dang the bad luck!

    Sad

Well said...... it is a dang shame that the Liberal movement stops us from swift justice and capital punishment..... Our hearts go out to those affected.

Saw a nice buck while shed hunting

Bah HaHaHaHaHa!! Yeah, I saw the video and said 103-105..... and a younger looking buck.... The still pics make him look a bit better than he did in the video... even on pause, but that was on the view finder, too.... Either way he's a stud! I am pretty sure he will be bigger next year!! Hope we find his sheds!! Anyone think that they will be shed by May 5th????
