Both of these bulls were found and harvested on public land in AZ...by some of A3 Trophy Hunt's premier guides... there were no "bounties" paid, it was an "in house" operation. The guys at A3 work hard year around and spend more time a field than any other guys I have ever been around, they make me feel like a "weekend warrior"... The guys that were with Mike when he hunted these bulls are dedicated like you Read About... I understand that these bulls were hard to find and even harder to get out. These bulls were not standing in some park or at some trick tank waiting to be shot. I have hunted with Mike myself and he will go anywhere you take him and from what I hear about last week's hunt... he Earned these two amazing bulls. Thanks to all for reading and commenting and for keeping it clean... We all appreciate it!

Is your primary vehicle a 1985 chevy pickup? Do you use a rotary phone? More over do you use the advances of the modern world in your day to day life? I think the real point is we are very different in how we choose to live this life... and what works for me isn't likely to work for you... and so in reverse I would likely feel the same. Any time someone says the word regulation I get a chill up my spine as I imagine some Law Maker writhing his hands together with and evil chuckle. Your analogy of hunting could be compared to our work force, those who are self-employed vs. those who are employees, and all walks of life and their pay scales, Athlete's salaries Vs. Teacher's Salaries... and I can go on and on. I think we have a very awesome and delicate balance in the American Dream... I am living my American Dream... are you living Yours?? I think too many people spend far too much time trying to "level the playing field" instead of living what they have for all it is worth.... We all were not created equal or with the same talents so we all have to do what we do and do it well... not all can be great at something... but when someone shows signs of greatness there are always haters... I would rather live what I got than worry about what you got... Business is business and hobbies are hobbies... why does someone always have to confuse the two?? Is it Ego... is it cuz "My dad is tougher than your Dad"??? Live your lives and enjoy EVERY dang second... I just lost one of my very Best Friends this month and I assure you Life is short. I know this is an allover the place rant but just tired of the flaming of those who are living it. Thanks.

Yeah I got this pic on my phone from my buddy James today... We had a good laugh, cuz he and I have hunted that hunt before and the bulls were not this easy to find...LOL. Shame to see a good one rot on the side of the road...

Sounds like a great deal!

I have used the Triclawps a lot, with great success and can tell you that you will not like the flex in the Jim White head. The other thing to watch out for is flex between your head and your tripod legs... The smallest head that I have found that will work well is the Outdoorsman Pan Head, but for best performance I use the Heavy Gitso legs and large Manfrotto pan head that I use for my Kowas. It is heavy to pack but worth it if you need to make a standing shot or make quick adjustments as animals move in thick country.

Also wanted to point out that A3 took some great bulls in 27 last year including 2 bulls that broke that 400"+ mark early and a 390"+ late in 2013 (which are in the flier above). The cumulative effort by the A3 guys that live in that part of the state makes them nearly impossible to beat... Just my $.02....
