Never called one in but we used to catch them pretty regular when trapping was still legal... Mean is right!!! Pound for pound the toughest critter in the state IMO! Congrats!
-
No... Thank you! Gunna fire it up with some ribs on Super Bowl Sunday!!! Oh, and you are not getting that cool lil' remote control gadget back either... ... That thing is a Hoot!!!

Well said. +1 Good tags are few and far between and reguardless of what the quallity may or may not be, unless you know a unit well or plan on hiring a guide, I would stick with the high BIG Bull density units like 9, 10, 3A/3C, etc.... IMO.

I thought you said that me and my rifle could hide in one of your duffle bags!!! Good Luck, Man!!!!

I do have that scope and love it! It is the most bang for the buck system that I have seen. I did all the mounting and load data myself and am very pleased..... but it took me several months in my spare time to complete it. Feel free to ask me anthing about it and also call the guys at the BOTW... they are great! I even called them about the preformance of my berger bullets to make sure it was consistant with what they had seen and they were very helpful on that as well. Good Luck.

What's up with the 'yellow' in the ears of the top two bucks?! That is FEAR. They heard Extreme was after them NO...... ... it is because those were the obvious, standing in the wide open, wearing blaze orange ear shadow, ones he found before he really learned how to hunt coues!!!! Sorry, I'm still laughing!!! -
proposed ban on salt and feed
Coues 'n' Sheep replied to gotcoues's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Mike, I think the point that Catclaw was making is that this issue is like trapping. We lost it because not all sportsman and outsdoorsman stood up and fought for it, and now it is basically gone, in this state. WE lose a little at a time because if it does not directly have bearing on our intrests, then we are too busy to stand up. It really does not matter if you hate "baits", hunting over salt, tanks, springs, optics, LR shootong, radios, or any other PERSONAL choice in hunting.... we all love to hunt and we should all support that not allow bits and pieces of unsupported legislation go into affect. We all have our own reasons for standing up against the ban.... those reasons are all Good ones.... because they made us all stand together, as sportsman should!!!! -
Outstanding Buck!!! Congrats!! ... and nice shootin'!!!!!

Trapping and ethics
Coues 'n' Sheep replied to AZantlerhead's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
+1.... It was the main source of income in my home during the winters growing up. It is part of the balance. My dad used snares and conibers back east as a young man, but we always used legholds here. I have had my hands caught in them... ... it does not hurt after a second. A very humane way to manage predators if done right. Truely a shame that this state could not see the big picture on predator control.... and the renewable fur resource. -

TJ..... ... did you not read that he is 119 1/8" green Gross.... I'm gunna guess that he goes 114"-115" net B&C..... I did not actually look at what the buck has for deductions but his biggest difference is the broke G2 on the right (1 7/8").... otherwise, he is pretty even. -
I agree. This spells it out.

Randy says thank you, he is not to much into this www. stuff, good luck to you and your family, you hunt hard, and you no how much this means to all of us. EAST SIDE OF THE TRACKS INKSPOT13 A buck of a lifetime, a 4x4 (in-line 5x5) is very high on the list of a "Dream Buck", to me! And you are right, Larry, I very much appreciate the success you all are enjoying because of the hard work you all are endurring. It has been a season of ups and downs for us... Lots of opportunity, with a few "first coues" bucks hitting the ground and at the end of the month I hope to have a lot to post! In the meantime it has been great fun to watch the "East Side Killa'z" Whack-um and Stack,um! West Side INK2
