Ernesto, get with it, you dont need all of that info that you wrote down because with your smart phone you can look up all that info, opinions, facts, on the internet. And it is almost the truth. I dont think that there is an app for toilet paper. You dont need a pencil to write a note while driving, while hunting, while doing almost anything. If you see something to complain about just type it up, take a pic and send it around the world.

Call the Regional office in Mesa and ask for the Law Enforcement Manager. The first thing that comes to mind is its private property. You must get permission from the land owner. When I bought my Double Bull blind I received a video of them shooting geese in Minnesota out of the blind. They used a broad head that cut off the head of the goose. Body shots would be problematic. It is very easy to get drawn. Just put in for a unit that everybody and their brother does not. There are elk in every unit. Pick an unpopular unit, go hunt every year to learn it very well. Put in for that unit with everyone that you know on separate apps. Go together. You don't have to be the shooter to have fun. I go elk hunting every year, tag or not. The last week in September is magic in the woods.
