Quail, you mean those things running 100yds ahead. I was going to take my scope sighted .22 quail hunting but the G&F says no. You can shoot rabbits with a rifle but not quail. Go figure.

So, the commissioners didnt have full knowledge of the rule before approving it. One of those "we have to pass it first then we will know what it does" rules. So, even if your camera doesnt take a single pic it still gave you some knowledge. 🤷♂️

Sounds like the G&F should look in to the use of salt as a unfair advantage just like the cameras. And they should definitely police their guides. -

WOW sounds like g&f should police its rules on salt placement. I dont think that 50 salt licks is a normal ranching practice. The camera rule will probably be enforced the same. Just like they dont teach ethics in business school, they dont teach ethics in guide school.
