Coues Buck, about 35 minutes before I stuck him with my bow.

All this snow makes me wish I had the day off work to go out glassin for coues. We all know it would be a great day to be out.

Thanks, She was very happy with the buck. I had her out practicing with her 243 well over 15 times before her hunt and of course her x-mas presents included nothing but hunting gear from her big brother. This was one of the best hunts ever for me I loved helping her out and being part of her first deer.

I know they may add weight, but I use a old pair of sneakers with two layers of carpet foam on the bottom. It kills just about all noise. Used them stalking up on a muley 2 years ago and got to within 10 yards of 2 yotes bedded down during the stalk. It ended well though. I got my first muley with a bow.

From what I believe it would not of effected you for your hunt. I will have to look, but I believe it goes into effect on June 1st. Below is the changes pulled directly from G&F What is “bait”? For the purposes of this rulemaking, the Commission considers bait to include any food-stuff or ingestible material that has been deposited, scattered, piled, or delivered by a passive or active feeder or feed delivery system so as to constitute an attractant, lure or enticement to wildlife and to influence the movement of these animals for the purpose of harvest by hunters. “Bait” does not include: Water Salt or salt-based materials produced and manufactured for the livestock industry Nutritional supplements produced and manufactured for the livestock industry and placed during the course of livestock or agricultural operations Decoys Scent lures provided they do not contain cervid urine Chemical attractants provided they are not ingestible Food plots planted within accepted local or regional agricultural guidelines

Thanks to all. I have only been back in Az for three years after serving and been lucky enough to take 2 coues with a bow, a nice 4x4 muley, one coues with a gun and three archery pigs.
