Looking to take my gr on her first big game hunt. She wants to kill a black bear for her first animal. I’m looking to go to unit 23 for the opening day fall general hunt. Anyone have any tips for this hunt??

where and when was the bear with dark legs, dark head and blond body slumped over the bloody rock taken if you dont mind me asking. i have pics of a bear with the exact color on my trail camera but this bear seems to be larger than the bear on my trail camera.
