I'm out, I just purchased what I wanted for the wife... Browning A Bolt .300 WSM with a MZL Break and scope. Couldn't pass the deal up. I'm with hoghntr, put a break on that bad boy and shoot the he!! out of it.. If not, good luck on the trade sir.

Whoever created this list clearly hasn't driven through the hill country of Texas in November....

1.5 lbs was what I came up with (diferent weights of rifles than as shown on the link) according to the link, 7mm Rem. Mag. (160 at 2950) - 20.3 lbs & .308 Win. (165 at 2700) - 18.1 lbs 2.2 lbs difference

^ Well unless it is a 7mm MAG, a .308 would be very similar. A .308 @ 165 gr will amount to approx 1.5 lbs less recoil.. (not much difference) http://www.chuckhawks.com/recoil_table.htm

Stevens .223? OR Old Remington 788 in .308 (although the recoil wouldn't really be any different)

Hey Folks, I am looking for a trusted and yet cheap place to store my 30' camper in or around the Flagstaff area. The wife has an elk hunt coming up this year and I don't want to have to drag it up the hill for every scouting trip. It will be removed after the rifle cow elk season (unless the kids draw deer tags in 6a) so just temporary. Curious if you guys know of a place or maybe (preferred) a fellow CWTer that has a big enough spread and the willingness to help out. Any info would help. Thanks in advance. Andrew
