I know a few guys in WY that hang their meat until it has dang near mold on the outside layer.. Makes the meat taste way better but you lose a large % of it during the peeling process.

I've always hunted 50 around Saratoga... Checker Board land but lots of goats... Plus, you can each get 2 doe tags a piece in that unit..

Haven't seen one quite that white but it is pretty common to see some white low on the legs..

Not sure if this is the same attempt or not, but last summer they had like 50 buff fenced in @ House Rock.. They opened the fence and within 24 hours they back in the park..
