Well this is tough to sell but kids are all grown and just dont use it as much i use too. Perfect for a family. My dad owmed before me. Always under cover parking. Can tow with standard bed with out slider like I do. Very well taken care of. Everything works. I have also triple towed with it also if thats your thing. 30 ft with two sliders. Has automatic direct tv sattelite. Has some ware and tear as expected. There use to be a lazyboy recliner in there but i replaced that area with bunk bed cots. Awning works andnis in great shape. Fits full size adults as well. Will try and find a pic of that. A/C & Heat work. Dual battery. Dual propane tanks. Fridge works in propane or electric. Ive seen prices from 17-23k.
