10lb brisket...rule of thumb is usually 1.5 hr per pound, but this is going quick...not home now but will get someone over there to check it...I will pull it around 200 then wrap in a towell put in a cooler for about 2 hours then slice it up....

6.5 hours in and at 168. Waiting for the stall point to happen or this is gonna be done quick. Wrapped in foil now and looking good. Bumped smoker down to 225 and steady smoke is flowing.

My uncle was bit by a mohave in his driveway. A nice lady drove up to his house and pulled over it in his driveway without noticing. My uncle opened her door and was bit in the leg. No rattle or nothing. He spent a week in the hospital in tons of pain. The went home and 3 days later back in the hospital due to venom kicking in again. Sucks. I hate snakes. My wife and I stepped on a dang Black Rattle Snake this year and thank god it didnt strike....Only good snake is a dead one.
