I couldnt agree more with the problem of hunting around homes and people that have a different view on the matter. I had a 7m bull archery tag this year and had a great time chasing elk around flagstaff. That being said, I also had a homeowner see me and my partner walking to a tank in the afternoon behind his sub-division and I think he must have been rather pissed off because he came back with his shotgun. He didnt know where we was exactly, but fired his shotgun in our general direction 3 times. I dont think he was trying to hurt anybody, just send a message that hunters are not welcomed shooting at their golf course running, pet-elk.
Other than that, I had a fun hunt. I missed the bull we were chasing at about 60 yards. Would have scored about 370.
As a post script to my comment though, I would like to add that the liberal media has deserves some credit for trying to ruin hunting in AZ and continues to try and take away our rights. Too bad.
