37a has lots of javelina. Try Park link drive, the foothills in that area hold javelina.

Can be a tough hunt but there are some great bucks there. Water is a good bet during that hunt. A few big bucks come off Newman every year.

Our Hunting Group pulled 6 early rifle Kaibab tags, 3 on the east side and 3 on the west side. My 18 year old son and my brother are in the group that got the East tags. I have hunted the west side in archery season so I feel confident about that hunt, but have not hunted much on the east side. Looking for pointers, tips, areas to scout and hunt in 12 A East. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

See you there. We will hit the bottoms! Looking forward to some big ones going down! Good Luck to your son!

I told them about the small bucks you saw last year. They said they will hold out for a few days for a 3x3 or better. Then the 2x2 better watch out!

Your right Chef. We even have two tag holders that have yet to tag a buck, they are both looking for a anything bigger than a spike or small folkie.

Just got back from the range shooting my 300 win mag. Getting ready for my antelope hunt in Sept. Shot good groups at 100 yards but The trigger pull felt heavy. It is a Winchester model 70 black shadow edition. I need to know of a gunsmith in the Chandler/Mesa area who could adjust the trigger for me. I live in Casa grande not sure of any in CG.

Picked up my gun from the Gun Doctor today. New timney trigger and he jewelled the bolt. Headed right to the range. WHAT A DIFFERENCE THE TIMNEY TRIGGER MADE! First two shots 150 grain bullets Last 4 shots 180 grain. At 100 yards. -

I got lucky and drew a Unit 7 Antelope tag. I have hunted unit 7 for deer and elk, So I have seen antelope during those hunts. Having never hunted speed goats before. I would appreciate any and all advice on the best way to hunt these animals. I am going to start scouting the end of this month, so please PM me with any ideas of good starting points. I feel blessed to have this tag and know it may be years before I draw another one. So I am going to put a lot time in scouting this unit. Thanks!
