So when it gets back to normal, where do you like to buy ammo. Years ago, a gun builder in Idaho told me that he purchased ammo in pallet quantities but you could get essentially the same price at Wally World by the box (for your high use rounds like 9,45,556,22). Since their left turn, where should a guy go to pay non panic prices (again, once the TP panic subsides)? Online there is gunbot and ammo seek, but you have to consider shipping costs. My guess would be the big box outdoor stores where I buy my hunting rounds. This is a hypothetical question of course, due to the tragic boating accident I no longer have a need for ammo.

*not legal advice Document, Document, Document....... Dates, times, people on staff, circumstances, times of call, who you spoke to, document everything you can think of. Keep your receipt of course. Expect them to say “wasn’t us”, (they may be stand up guys, but you never know) and ask for a certificate of their general liability insurance for your file. Although Delw’s delivery may have been off putting, the rest of his advice was spot on. if you change your own oil next time, look for shiny stuff in your filter (that’s metal) if present photograph it. Maybe you made it as far as you did due to use of synthetic oil? It will be tough to quantify the reduced engine life from the premature wear caused by no oil. It would have been an easier (not better) conversation if your engine had seized up a mile away. oh, if that outfit offers you free oil changes for life, you might want to pass. This happens more than you might think, hence all of the self oil changers in this thread. It’s not about saving time/money, it’s about getting it done right. FYI you can always ask them to show you the oil level before you leave. That’s a good practice for anyone who doesn’t do their own. You can tell them that upfront so they don’t close the hood. Good luck

Before the tragic boating accident, I had a Standard (Mark 1) and was curious how to suppress. In almost 30 years of ownership I have never unscrewed the barrel. Also, what is 1 hour of angle? That’s a new term to me. Thinking it would be 60” at 100 yards.... that can’t be right? Who would measure suppressed pistol accuracy at 100 yards? Appreciate the lesson.

Awesome job Tanner! You guys put in the work and made it happen! -
Is it just me or is that saw blade index that guy built above his compound miter saw station bad _ss? Perfect for having the right blade for the job at your fingertips (provided you still have finger tips being a woodworker and all). oh, and awesome clarity on the tv.

Put some thought to the size of dog you’d like too. Labradors can range from 60-110 lbs in my observation. Below is Ellie, my 8 year old female that weighs in at 70 lbs. Can you tell we are all excited about you finding a pup? Good luck and post a pics when you find your little guy!

To be clear, are you looking for a Golden Retriever crossed with Labrador or just a Yellow Lab (that can be had in color phases that range from white to red)? If Labs, then I hear great things about Queen Creek Labradors (they are on FB). If cross breed is what you are looking for, I can’t help there. If you feel like a road trip, the Momma of my female came from Duck Buster Kennels in Emmett, Idaho. He hunt tests his dogs and they are hunting machines that have an off switch. If you want to read up on them and know the difference between the English and American variety check out https://www.thelabradorsite.com Labs that hunt are hard to beat. I owned one years ago whose hunt drive stoped when she got ahold of my ham sandwich. Best of luck in your search.

Sold item to Paso Robles 10 days back and had a good experience. He was fair and did what he said. I'd trade with him again.

Great news! Congratulations to all involved!

I had a “friend” try to sell me his 10 gauge years ago. Some say a friend wouldn’t do that.

If you can ban that globe chamomile, you got my vote. That Aquila Fire was a little too close to home (pic from my front yard). That black smoke is my neighbor who lost their home.

Congrats, you will be busy! A quick pitstop by my two favorite outfitters in NODAK, Schell’s and Captain Jacks on S. 2nd and you will be off to the races. Safe travels and welcome to the site. Keep those of us who are tag-less posted so we can share in your success. All the best and keep it out of the rhubarb!

This looks to be a good dog. I have owned bad dogs and bad horses and they all have a place, it’s just not with me. Free bump for a good looking Airedale that needs a good home.

My neighbor and friend had one when we were growing up, a great family dog. Best of luck, I hope his home is with someone here.

I’d say E2 but then again from that angle looks like a shot from a tree stand and as dangerous as it sounds, something about those things make me drowsy. So unless he woke me up by crunching acorns he’d probably live to grow one year bigger. What’s your age guess....3-1/2?
