Recent run on ammo has left me short on cowboy long colts. Lemme know if you have more than you need to sell or want some assault ammo for your stash. Thanks! GiG 602.524.2332

I would like to have 300-500 rnds stocked up. I love my Ruger Vaquero & recently purchased a Winchester lever action also in .45LC, so as soon as my shoulder is strong 'nuff - I'd like to do some plinking. ... and yes, it is my druthers to trade ammo that I squirreled away before the winds of socialism began to blow. Lemme know ifin you want to trade! Regards, Kurt

It rides sooooooo nice now. One of my best friends is a fabricator for high-end 4x4 boutique. I had built a few transmissions for him - racking up trade credit and the custom suspension he did evenings and weekends took MONTHS to complete. Well worth it - partly cuz I rarely drive it... but all I asked was for him to make a suspension that didnt rattle my fillings out... I never asked for it to be lifted so high... but it is fun! and the Amp ramps make it easy to get in/out and still look clean. I may have to go outside the valley to sell it or just keep it. Oh, BTW Beaver.... Ford is the only company that isnt sucking Obama's butt while picking the tax payers pocket. Cum-in that bucket!

here-here TAM. It's not like it's a new law. You can bet your bottom dollar that 10 outta 10 folks that sheriff stops know they are breaking the law, and are hoping they wont get caught... or if they do get caught - they are planning to talk their way out of it. That's gotta get old to listen to as an officer of the law. We have camped in areas that have been SO ravaged by jag-offs who think the forest is their playground, dump, litter box, dirt track... I was glad to hear steps were being taken to protect the forest... that enforcement and action has to be paid for through license fees and violations - not warnings. If I got caught - and I have tried to fly under the radar a few times b4 I got my bikes licensed and insured - I'd take what they gave me, and take it quietly... rather than point out what a weener the sheriff was. I would much more enjoy reading about how someone, for no apparent reason, was were rudely confronted while obeying all the laws and rules... because of the uncalled for treatment the person being mistreated felt obliged to tell the officer to piss-up-a-tree... and there wasnt a darn thing he could do about it.

I'd have to say the lasting memories and bonds you build when hunting with your kids is WAY more important [and for me FUN], than doing my usual solo hunting. My boy will remember and share our adventures for the rest of his life - above all other youthful events... the same way I still recollect the handful of hunts [ all without harvest ], I conducted with my dad. I dont care that I didnt draw a tag - a bird for my boy is a trophy, but the chance to be together is a blessing.

RL Gray is gonna work with my son & me to get his first gobbler! My boy is gonna be using his Great Grampa's model 17 Remington pump - that is longer than my boy is tall! Good luck to all!!! GIG

FIRST TIME APPLICANT SUCCESS SYNDROME???
GodIsGood posted a topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Here's a theory to ponder - My first archery bull tag was 6a-w rut hunt. I had no bonus points but was a FIRST TIME hunter going with a guy who had a few - not a bunch of - points. Last year I gave up 8 BPs to late hunt the buffer zone around camp navajo - it was a good adventure but I got skunked. THIS YEAR, I got drawn AGAIN, this time for 5b Archery bull in the rut with NO BPs, but I invited a friend from church who as NEVER been hunting - just like me 9 years ago - and we got drawn? HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED - FIRST TIME APPLICANT SUCCESS SYNDROME??? We know that hunting is a declining sport, and what better way to get first time hunters addicted or into the fold by allowing them some early success at getting drawn for decent hunts? How many years would you put-in if you had never tasted the joy and excitement of hunting? We know AZG&F can afford to hire top-notch geeks who could program whatever special results they wanted - to ensure future revenue streams. Crazy? -
Got my First head mount back.... FINALLY!!!
