Yea their customer service sucks. Great technical clothes. Have heard quite a few issues with their packs.

I would rather go out hunting without water in August than without my Outdoorsmans adapter.

Use a card reader for my galaxy. Made by HME (hunting made easy). I usually load them to the sd card while I re salt the site. Works well for me.
