Look into a good chiropractor and acupuncture. I was a skeptic of Chinese medicine but it works. Cupping is amazing. Acupuncture takes consistent treatments but works. Also get a TENS unit to relax the surrounding muscles. Ice. Rest. Ibprophen

Dwight Schuh "hunting open country mule deer" is a great read. the gear is a little dated but his theories on spot and stalk are dead on.

Use both hydrate & recover and energy & focus. They work great. Being in full fire turn out gear for 8 hours training i sweat out every single electrolyte in my body. These products combined (superman) keep me hydrayted, feeling good, fueled and focused on the tasks at hand. I have the new flavors. They taste great combined. The first two weeks of training i wasnt using them and getting bad headaches by 1pm even though i was well hydrated(electrolyte depleted) this past saturday i noticed a significant difference on the back half of our training day after lunch. Id recommend em.

Throughly check the area he and his does are comfortable with. They stay in that area for a reason. They are super tough creatures and their will to survive is unrivaled. check wateR. If you find tracks note if he is favoring one side to compensate the wound. itll most likey be your buck. Id glass his travel routes near his water sources. Good luck. Hope you find him.

I'm looking for a good Elk Tenderloin recipe
HUNTnTAT2 replied to azyota's topic in Cooking Wild Foods
Marinate loin and bacon in salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, apple cider vinrgar, brown sugar and maple syrup. Wrap loins with bacon and throw in a hot skillet. Get a good sear. Remove and place on low heat in oven. Do not over cook. Game meat needs some redness or pink due to the leaness. Make a reduction sauce with the drippings from the skillet by adding a dark beer, more brown sugar and syrup. I also throw some red chili powder for some kick. Reduce the liquid until it get a good viscosity and coats a spoon. Remove loins And dizzle reduction sauce Over. HEAVENLY. my absolute favorite way to take in some loin. -
Good units for pig. Get up and glass the sunny hillsides near water. Tons of pigs to hunt. Lots of public land to hunt. Get on azaccessmap you can see what is private and public. I good forest map will help alot too.

Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to a great optic. I need the money for school. I start Glendale's fire academy at the college shortly and the grant I have applied for has taken longer than expected due to some error by the financial aid department at the college. Being laid off recently and having a child has pushed me to sell some great hunting equipment. I know in the long run it will pay off when I am serving our community as a full time fire fighter. The glass is in 100% fresh from the factory shape. Not a single scratch. The body has a few minor cosmetic scratches from being used out in the field. This is a great light weight and powerful optic. Gathers great light in the dwindling hours. Have the box, see though carrying case with strap, eyepiece and objective lense covers and owners manual. I hate to get rid of it but duty calls. Thanks for the interest. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. Ill post some digiscope pictures I've taken with it. Good luck and may the wind stay in your favor. Happy new year! $650
