Congrats!

I'm planning on going in to pse hopefully this weekend. Just wanted to see if anybody wanted to sell their unwanted bow.
-
What would be the going rate for a 2013 PSE Revenge? New, never shot, just the bare bow. Looking to pick one up and want to know how much I should be looking at paying.

I carry a Glock 19 everyday. Conceals great with a good IWB holster. The M&P 9 feels great in the hand too. I've thought about carrying the M&P 9 but I'm just a Glock guy. *** If It Ain't Broke, Don't Fix It! ***

A buddy of mine was in 33 this weekend. He told me they didn't spot any pigs all day Fri/Sat. On Sunday he spotted a herd of 8 Javi 800yds away from his camp. Him and his son ended up filling their tags.

Yes very true I know alot of people switched out their older front grilles for the newer ones. I don't think this one in the pics has the newer grille. From what I can tell it has the fenced type grill. The front headlights might also be some HID headlights. I don't see too much of the amber color in the pics, but when zoomed in you can see a small spot of different color between the black paint and the white of the headlights. -

I am 99.9% sure that is a Ford Excursion. I saved the pics to my computer and zoomed them in the best I could. Ford Excursions have the "Excursion" badge on the upper part of the front fender (just in front of the side mirrors). The only thing I can think of comparable to an Excursion would be the Suburban/Yukon. Surburbans have the side moldings/trim on the doors. With either the Suburban badge on the rear door or sometimes the 1500/2500 badge just above the side molding/trim on the front driver & passenger doors. From what I can see in the 2 pictures it is a Ford Excursion because of the badge placement and also the window drop that the front doors have on Fords (2000-2005 Excursions & 2004+ F150). Based on what I have seen in the pics I would say the truck is a 2000-2003 Ford Excursion. Maybe even 2004? I'm basing it off of the front grille because I know for sure the 2005 Excursions had the newer Bar style front grille. -

Looks like a Ford excursion to me. Those were made I believe from 2000-2005. From what I can tell from the pics it has the "fenced" type front grille. Which would be the earlier model years. My buddy has a 2000 Exscursion and his has the "fenced" type of grille. Early years front grille - Late years front grille - -
Congrats on your javi. Pretty cool to stalk into 4yds! Did you take that pig on the flats or hillside?

I've mostly always used 3-9x40mm scopes. Looking at the Vortex Diamondback & Crossfire lineup. Vortex Diamondback 3-9x40 w/BDC reticle runs about $190-200. Same goes with the 4-12x40 model. The Crossfire model with "AO", 4-12x50 model runs about $200 on Amazon. Is there any big advantages having a scope with adjustable objective? Should I go with higher 4-12x40/4-12x50 magnification or stick with 3-9x40? Any big difference between the Diamondback & Crossfire line? Sorry for all the questions , just trying to see what the best choice would be. Any input is appreciated.

Great story & pics! Congrats on the great looking buck!

Thanks for everyone's input. I was leaning towards the 4-12x40 so looks like I might have to check it out! I am going to look into the Leupold scopes as well. Thanks again to everyone!

Congrats on the big Javi!

Last night the cats did not play well. Lazy shots and missed free throws were killing them. It was hard to watch. IMO Stanford played a good game and deserved that game, the Cats were lucky to hold them off at the last minute. I just hope this winning streak doesn't get to their heads ( more than it already has ) and let them think that all the upcoming games are going to be a breeze. Play hard and don't let your guard down! BEAR DOWN - GO CATS!

Great story! Best of luck to you and your son next time you guys head out!

So a square bag it is! What would be the best rated degree bag I should get for southern AZ weather? I seen that a lot of people mentioned the 0 degree bag. Would that be my best bet?
-
I've done that in the past and the blankets just seem to always come off during the night. I also want to eliminate taking blankets so I have less to take out with me. Mostly wanting a nice bag and sleeping pad.
