Pretty sure it is still illegal to remove any Indian made artifact found on state or federal land ... everything like arrowheads, pottery , beads , ect... is suppose to be left . please let me know if I am wrong . Heck, I'd be scared to take any kind of native american artifacts I've found in the field. Something would make me feel like it's bad juju.

Had the same thing happen to me last year at Walmart. Told me they were not allowed to sell before the 1st of the year . I ended up talking to a manager before leaving the store and he took care of me. Turns out the employee working the sporting goods was new.

Anyone know if these can be picked up at walmart already? Last year I went to pick up a OTC deer and Javi tag at walmart around Christmas weekend and they told me they didn't have them, and to check the week of new years? I ended up getting the tags around Dec.30th or so. It was a first for me because I believe the year before I picked them up the week of Christmas?
