Thanks to all. Seems like Harris is the way to go. Does anybody use the standard 6-9" bipod and have any problems with the height? Just want to make sure I have enough clearance for shots. Seems like the tall grass is my problem.

I seem to do the same thing. I see a cool looking rock and I pick it up and throw it in my pack. My daughter likes to collect rocks when were out too and she has a pretty good collection going on.

Alaska Guide Creations or FHF would be my suggestion. I recently upgraded my harness and now run a AGC K.I.S.S. model (with MAX pocket on bottom). It is AGC's most compact model they offer. I love it, keeps the binos 100% covered. Which is a plus for me, because I hate getting my binos all dusty. Check em out...
